We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager for the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the F&B sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competition.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to close sales deals successfully.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices and strategies.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of F&B production processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
