Job Description

A Store Manager plays a crucial role in the retail environment, acting as the linchpin between the team, customers, and senior management. This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently in store.
  • Manage inventory levels by ordering, stocking, and conducting regular audits.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance store marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets and financial records accurately.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines to optimize store aesthetics.
  • Foster a positive work culture that aligns with company values and objectives.
  • Identify and address any security or loss prevention issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to interpret sales and financial reports to guide store decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
