Job Description

The Operations Executive is a critical role within an organization's operations department, responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities to improve efficiency and productivity. This position requires strategic planning, effective communication, and a keen analytical mind to handle complex operational challenges. The Operations Executive liaises with different departments to implement solutions and ensure that the operational processes are aligned with the company's objectives. Serving as a bridge between management and employees, the Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem-solver with significant experience in operations management and a deep understanding of business practices and strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes daily.
  • Coordinate between various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and systems.
  • Liaise with the management team to report operational performance and forecast future requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all of the operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize procedures.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Ensure resource allocation is efficient to meet business demands and targets are achieved.
  • Oversee and manage supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Implement quality management systems and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Motivate, develop, and support staff to achieve professional growth and departmental goals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and budget management, including operational KPIs.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and other operations-related software packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
