Responsibilities

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field required.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in IT business analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to facilitate clear and concise communication among diverse teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management principles and software development life cycles.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and business analytics software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
