  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market trends and competitive activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for record-keeping.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license required to conduct field visits and sales meetings.
