Job Description

As an Email and Chat Executive, you will play an integral role in ensuring seamless communication and support to our clients through email and chat platforms. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach and problem-solving abilities will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email and chat.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently for customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent customer support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service protocols.

  • Ensure customer inquiries are resolved within established timelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a knack for resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
