Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing online marketing strategies that can boost a company’s online presence and brand awareness. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract digital customers while creating engaging content and enhancing the company's social media platforms. Your enthusiasm for digital technologies and various advertising techniques will be essential in driving the success of digital marketing projects from conception through to execution. Collaborating closely with different departments, you will also monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve broader business goals, ensuring a cohesive and innovative marketing approach.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.
  • Manage, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Oversee the company's social media accounts and create engaging daily content.
  • Work on search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor website analytics to inform marketing strategies and user engagement approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing alignment with business targets.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and adjust marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a strong online company voice through social media platforms.
  • Prepare and present marketing campaign strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns align with company’s branding and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail in strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
