Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer issues and determining the cause.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance when necessary.
  • Provide customers with product and service information tailored to their specific needs.
  • Assist in facilitating customer requests for returns or exchanges according to company policies.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed call center targets such as customer satisfaction, call handle time, and quality assurance.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge regularly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications is advantageous.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with an aptitude for learning new software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
