A Telesales Representative plays a crucial role in propelling sales through telecommunication channels. This position involves reaching out to potential clients and existing customers to promote and sell products and services. Responsibilities

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and service issues promptly and courteously.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotions.
  • Receive and process orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training sessions and workshops.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections with professionalism and tact in all situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication systems is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
  • Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales objectives and targets.
