Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence and engagement of our brand. This position involves crafting and executing dynamic social media strategies across multiple platforms to help grow our community and boost public awareness. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, responding to followers, and analyzing feedback across social channels. Your creativity, digital marketing knowledge, and analytical skills will be crucial in increasing web traffic and customer engagement metrics, aligning with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and video, for various platforms.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent voice and brand messaging.
  • Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and online analytics to measure engagement impact.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation and coordinate promotional efforts.
  • Stay informed of current social media landscape trends and competitors' activities to implement best practices.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to enhance reach and conversion results.
  • Analyze social media insights and report on performance to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers to ensure content is informative and visually appealing.
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers and collaborate on joint projects.
  • Host live social events and actively engage in community building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a social media executive or similar role for two years.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in social analytics tools and a knack for understanding data-driven insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for generating innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a competitive environment.
