Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify potential clients and assess their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospective customers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs and internal departments.
  • Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit margins.
  • Report on sales activity, achievements, and key performance metrics regularly.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services to better position our offerings.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and increase visibility.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop successful sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
