Job Description

The Production & Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position involves coordinating production schedules, managing workflows, and implementing quality control measures to ensure that products meet the requisite standards before reaching the market. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling them to effectively liaise with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing goals.
  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement quality control procedures.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality material input.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in production practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to production workflows and quality processes.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and technology for production.
  • Train production staff on the latest quality standards and procedures.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve production and quality issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent production delays.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or quality coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and quality assessment tools.
