Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the client’s business objectives and challenges.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Create detailed proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the proposed solutions.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and workshops to showcase product capabilities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the sales team during customer discussions by providing technical insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials that align with product offerings.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between sales, product development, and technical teams.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to improve future product offerings and services.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams about new products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present reports on presales activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a presales role, preferably within a technology company.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in preparing detailed project proposals and documentation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
