Pre School Teacher (225-802)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team of educators. Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a variety of enriching activities for preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe, inviting, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet developmental needs of children.
• Observe each child’s progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a classroom environment that promotes cooperation and social interaction.
• Utilize positive discipline techniques to encourage responsible and respectful behavior.
• Conduct regular assessments to track each child's developmental milestones and needs.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and comprehensive program.
• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all children in the classroom.
• Organize and participate in school events, parental meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles of children.
• Communicate effectively with parents to address any concerns or questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
• At least two years of experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
