Job Description

As an International Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our global clientele. You will be the main point of contact for our international customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to foster positive customer relationships across diverse cultures and languages, representing our brand's values and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll interact with customers through various communication channels, effectively managing queries related to products, services, and account information. This position requires exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to adapt to different customer expectations. You will also collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer service experience.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to international customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat support.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer interactions daily.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers to enhance and maintain loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience in an international setting required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work across different cultural backgrounds.
