Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support channels.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional support.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the support process and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain service level agreements to ensure timely responses.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior personnel.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve service skills.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as needed.
  • Contribute to team meetings with suggestions for service improvements and solutions.
  • Acknowledge and respond to customer complaints, providing solutions and follow-ups as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a chat support or similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with attention to grammar and coherence.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and analytically.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-paced setting without compromising attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and chat support tools and platforms.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
