Job Description

As a Call Center Sales Manager & Head – Outbound B2B Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of sales professionals focused on generating qualified leads and closing sales in a business-to-business environment. You will oversee all aspects of the outbound sales process, including coaching and mentoring team members, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, a keen understanding of sales mechanics, and the ability to analyze sales metrics to enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of call center operations, strategic thinking capabilities, and a proven track record of success in outbound B2B sales.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to meet sales objectives and quotas.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives effectively.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to set sales campaigns and generate leads.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outbound call center team efficiently.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports for senior management review.
  • Evaluate and optimize call center processes to improve sales conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in call center operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve company goals.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape to refine sales tactics accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in call center sales management is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills essential for success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
  • Experience with CRM software and call center technology a definite advantage.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
