Job Description

A Business Analyst is a crucial asset to any organization, serving as the bridge between IT and the business stakeholders. This position requires the ability to understand and translate business needs into requirements and ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives. The Business Analyst will engage with different departments to identify areas for improvement, assess the impact of proposed changes, document processes, and help design the systems necessary to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand business needs and project requirements.
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information from stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and implement technical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet evolving project needs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering value through continuous process improvement.
  • Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to recommend potential adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using tools such as Excel and database software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and software applications.
  • Adaptable to change and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
