The Branch In-charge for a food outlet plays a crucial role in the management and successful operation of the establishment. The Branch In-charge is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, staff scheduling, and financial performance of the outlet. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the food outlet to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all operations.
  • Handle resolving customer complaints and service recovery efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and inventory management to prevent stock shortages.
  • Prepare financial reports detailing sales, expenses, and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor and manage food quality standards to maintain service consistency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Schedule and supervise staff shifts to ensure coverage and optimal productivity.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate objectives and operational changes.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt and modify menu offerings accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in food service management with leadership responsibilities required.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on customer service solutions.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and manage branch budgets efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
