Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to identify and understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and networking activities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to various stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve the desired company objectives and sales goals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to understand new releases and initiatives.
  • Build and update client databases to keep track of sales processes and client interactions.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required to enhance skills.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend business events.
