Responsibilities

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct weekly cadence with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and project updates.
• Understand business challenges, identify constraints, and design digital and advanced analytics solutions.
• Drive the end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture and business needs.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for use case implementation.
• Stay updated on policy changes in power markets and assess their impact.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting targets
• Maintain thorough documentation of use cases, ensuring transparency and knowledge retention.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Hydro, RTC Power, or Power Trading.
  
  

• Strong program management, project planning, and coordination skills.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
• Ability to match IT solutions to business problems effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solution delivery.
• Ability to anticipate future scenarios based on current market trends.
  
  

• Strong understanding of power markets.
• Experience in evaluating or implementing emerging energy technologies (BESS, Hybrids, EV Charging Infra, Pumped Storage, Hydrogen, Market Procurement of RE - GTAM).
• Participation in digital transformation initiatives.
• Basic understanding of Data Science and Data Engineering is a plus.
• Experience in agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and JIRA is beneficial.
