What Youll Do

• Collaborate with artistic, executive producer, and technical staff to align game vision and player experience.
• Craft all aspects of game mechanics, including entertainment value, pacing, mathematical outcomes, and player communication.
• Develop meticulous math models and combination sheets using Excel to ensure efficient gaming outcomes.
• Test and verify mathematical outcomes to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Develop and detail initial and final math models to support game development.
• Deliver mathematical design documents for assigned projects and coordinate their implementation through to development.
• Engage in on-the-job training opportunities to improve domain expertise in game mathematics.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or B.Tech in Mathematics & Computing with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong expertise in Probability Theory and statistics.
• Excellent data analytics skills.
• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills within a team environment.
• Fast learner, self-motivated, and capable of communicating effectively across engineering, art, production, and business teams.
