Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in transformer insulation design and development.
• Strong knowledge of dielectric materials and their applications in power systems.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, ANSI, and IEEE is preferred.
