Job Description

A Sales Executive in the retail sector is a vital link between the company's products and the customers. This role involves directly engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent service to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients for repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive product demonstrations to enhance sales possibilities.
  • Record and manage detailed sales information in the company’s CRM systems.
  • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and gain new leads.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Prepare regular sales reports detailing sales performance and forecasting future sales.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and efficiently operated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a retail sales executive or similar role for at least 2 years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service experiences consistently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and maintaining detailed sales records.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition to drive sales success.
