QA Tester (225-901)

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and troubleshoot software issues. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth user experience by identifying potential problems before the software is released to customers. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for software.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document and track bugs using appropriate tools.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved by developers.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements.
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure software quality.
• Monitor debugging process results and track quality assurance metrics.
• Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and documentation to product management.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies in the industry.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assist in the review and evaluation of software requirement specifications and design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is highly desirable.
• Solid experience in functional and automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Keen attention to detail to identify weaknesses within complex systems.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is preferred.
