We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Technical Draftsman with expertise in MEP and Civil disciplines to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical plans and drawings based on specifications and calculations.
• Work closely with engineers to develop MEP and civil design drafts.
• Utilize CAD software to produce, update, and modify drawings efficiently.
• Analyze sketches, notes, and other input materials to ensure accurate representation in drafts.
• Maintain and update all drawings to reflect changes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand project demands and deliver drafts on time.
• Ensure all drafts adhere to industry regulations and company quality standards.
• Prepare and review engineering plans for approval and construction phases.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and detailing workbooks.
• Attend meetings to discuss project progress and resolve drafting issues proactively.
• Provide technical input and insight during design reviews and modifications.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP and Civil drafting.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is essential.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex specifications.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
