Overview of the Role:

The Service Advisor acts as the first point of contact for customers at the workshop and serves as the communication bridge between the customer and the technical team. This role plays a critical part in shaping the customer’s experience and should reflect professionalism, confidence, and trust in the service department

What You Will Do:

  • Vehicle Reception:

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon arrival, noting all discrepancies. Accurately record customer concerns and special requests, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

  • Vehicle Delivery:

Ensure smooth and professional delivery of vehicles to customers. Clearly explain the work carried out and address any queries the customer may have.

Customer Follow-Up: Monitor progress to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Perform post-service follow-up to confirm repair quality and customer satisfaction. Proactively remind customers of their next service due. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and repair updates. Liaise effectively with workshop teams to ensure seamless operations. Technical Evaluation: Accurately identify customer complaints and assess the vehicle’s condition to differentiate between normal and abnormal performance issues.
  • Estimation & Negotiation: Prepare and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and services. Handle customer negotiations with confidence and transparency

  • Required Skills to Be Successful:

    • Strong technical knowledge to serve as a trusted consultant to customers
    • Ability to explain technical details in a clear, customer-friendly manner
    • Sound understanding of vehicle operation, maintenance, and breakdown prevention
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

    About the Team:

    You will report to the Reception Manager and work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced workshop environment based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

    What Equips You for the Role:

    • High School Certificate or Diploma
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
