Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with designers to translate designs and wireframes into efficient code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in all development projects.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application function across browsers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities when required.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases effectively and securely.
• Create and maintain documentation of requirements, designs, and technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to deliver on-time and within scope projects.
• Facilitate discussions and provide technical leadership and direction to team members.
• Conduct unit tests and implement test-automation scripts to ensure quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a JavaScript Developer in a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its core principles, and its nuances.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency with front-end build tools and task runners like Webpack or Gulp.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling via AJAX.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
• Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
