Interior Designer (225-826)

As an Interior Designer, you will be an integral part of creating aesthetically appealing and functional spaces that enhance the quality of life for clients. Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their interior design project needs and visions.
• Create detailed interior design project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Develop design concepts that align with client's expectations and requirements.
• Select furniture, fabrics, colors, lighting, and materials for interior projects.
• Produce 3-D models and renderings with the latest design software tools.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure project execution.
• Visit project sites to oversee progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
• Update clients regularly and manage modifications as per feedback or changes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Ensure designs comply with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholers professionally.
• Handle project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of three years of experience in interior designing and project management.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Proven ability to envision and draft artistic and effective interior design concepts.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and the ability to incorporate sustainability.
