  • Assist in training new customer service associates as needed.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain patient and empathetic.
  • Proficiency in using customer service programs and CRM software is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
