Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, particularly in a chat support role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple chat conversations concurrently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
