Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by actively engaging with potential clients and fostering lasting relationships with existing customers. You will be the face of the company's brand, using your dynamic communication skills to convey the benefits of our products and services effectively. Your goal will be to understand and meet the needs of customers while achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence. A successful Sales Representative is self-motivated, confident in their sales abilities, and maintains an up-to-date knowledge of the industry to identify new business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers using networking and marketing strategies effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Present products and services to potential clients in compelling sales presentations.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to optimize results.
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports regularly.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and undergo training as necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Ensure that clients have a positive experience and are continually engaged.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and other sales-related software.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
