Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and give out samples to potential clients.
  • Answer customer questions and provide detailed product information.
  • Engage with customers and solicit feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales and inventory levels to management.
  • Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and promotional skills.
  • Distribute product brochures, coupons, and samples to potential customers.
  • Create a positive brand presence and customer experience during promotions.
  • Gather data on campaign outcomes to aid in future promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during promotions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.

  • Persuasive and enthusiastic with a passion for driving sales.
  • Flexible schedule, including willingness to work weekends and holidays.
