The position of Junior Key Account Manager is a vital role within our company, focusing on nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients.   • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while handling client accounts.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue streams.
  • Track and report on client KPIs and performance metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering client relationships.
