As a Computer Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing computer systems and networks to ensure they meet organizational needs and performance standards. You will address technical challenges across both hardware and software spectrums, providing swift resolution and support to end-users. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role in IT support.
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is an advantage.
