Job Description

An Account Executive serves as the bridge between the client and the agency, ensuring client satisfaction while managing multiple projects and deadlines. They are responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring that agency work supports these goals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage both time and resources effectively. Account Executives often work in collaboration with various departments such as marketing, sales, and creative teams to coordinate efforts that align with client messaging and brand image. The ideal candidate will have a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong analytical skills to devise campaigns that deliver measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and industry challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the financial outcome.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to deliver flawless execution of projects.
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss project expectations and deliverables.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services while meeting client quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for internal teams to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Track and forecast key account metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Identify potential opportunities within the current client portfolio for growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and progress.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations for new business pitches and proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Project Management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
