We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. A strong background in UAE real estate, leadership, and client relationship management is essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.

  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching as needed.

  • Handle high-value negotiations and close deals with clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competition, and new project launches.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


  • Preferred Qualifications or Skills:
    ∙Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    ∙Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
    ∙Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
    ∙Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    ∙Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
    ∙Strong organizational and time management abilities
    ∙Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
    ∙Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
    ∙Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions
    ∙Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
    ∙Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE
    ∙Familiarity with CRM software
    ∙Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    ∙Knowledge of Umm Al Quwain, real estate market and regulations
