Tours Consultant

• Showcase the best aspects of each destination.
• Manage flight bookings, accommodation reservations, transportation arrangements, and other travel-related services.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best options for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various travel destinations, local cultures, traditions, and events.
• Provide insights on hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path experiences.
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
• Work within clients' specified budgets while delivering a fulfilling travel experience.
• Provide transparent pricing and options.
• Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, bookings, and client information.

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Tours Consultant, Travel Advisor, or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Strong destination knowledge and familiarity with popular travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to create memorable travel experiences.
