Telemarketer

Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our lighting products, and setting up sales appointments through outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (contractors, retailers, architects, etc.) to promote our lighting products.- Identify and qualify sales leads to pass on to the sales team.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine telemarketing strategies.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role (experience in lighting, construction, or B2B sales is a plus).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasion: Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and telemarketing tools.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree in sales/marketing is a plus).

• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
