  • Supervise and guide junior team members or interns when necessary.
  • Create visually appropriate content, such as graphics and short videos, using design tools.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation and ad performance tracking.
  • Regularly update social media marketing policies and procedures as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to broaden reach and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on identifying trends and creating engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze consumer behavior and social media trends effectively.
