Job Description

The Production Manager is a vital role within the manufacturing and production sectors, tasked with overseeing and managing the manufacturing process within a facility. This role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively to meet organizational goals and customer demands. The Production Manager is responsible for managing the workforce, maintaining production standards, and implementing initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency. In this role, the individual will collaborate closely with other departments, such as quality assurance, logistics, and procurement, to streamline operations and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The Production Manager plays a key role in resource management, budgeting, and working with stakeholders to align production systems with business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain high production standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a production management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving production processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of production management software and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions about production.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
