Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our recruitment services. You will handle complex recruitment projects, leveraging your expertise to attract, screen, and select the most suitable candidates for various client roles. Your role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess skill sets and match them with client opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding targeted recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Mentor junior recruitment consultants and provide guidance to support their development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance company visibility and enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
  • Negotiate offer terms and conditions both with candidates and clients.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to source passive candidates effectively.
  • Compile and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for clients on recruitment best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful staffing and recruitment in a consultancy setting.
  • At least five years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior roles.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline processes.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.
