Senior Interior Designer (225-1005)

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design requirements.
• Develop design concepts that are both aesthetic and functional for spaces.
• Prepare and present detailed drawings, designs, and sample boards for clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and support staff on project tasks.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
• Manage project budgets effectively to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulatory standards.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and building codes.
• Review and approve materials and finishes for projects to ensure quality.

• Attend site visits to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in interior design with proven leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful design projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
