Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace environment for a dynamic organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management. The Senior HR Manager is also responsible for maintaining compliance with labor regulations and ensuring organizational practices are fair and inclusive. Being the bridge between management and staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture and promoting employee well-being.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent for the organization.
  • Design and manage employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Lead performance management initiatives including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Advise senior management on organizational policy matters and recommend necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update policies to reflect regulatory changes.
  • Manage employee relations and mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and workforce planning activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decisions and improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated success in driving diversity and inclusion within an organization.
