We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Cash Processing and Funds Transfer to join our Global Cash Processing and Funds Transfer team. This role is located in Pune, India.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead and inspire multiple cash processing & funds transfer teams, ensuring best-in-class support for top-tier institutional clients.
• Champion an AI-first approach: identify and deploy machine learning, RPA, and advanced analytics to streamline processes and elevate service quality.
• Leverage data insights and predictive analytics to optimize workflows, drive cost efficiencies, and proactively mitigate risk.
• Architect end-to-end process improvements—design and oversee strategic initiatives that enhance system scalability, resilience, and speed-to-market.
• Collaborate closely with client coverage, product, technology, risk, and compliance partners to deliver integrated, frictionless solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Payments, preemptively identifying issues and leading mitigation strategies.
• Own operational performance: define and manage KPIs, budgets, and resources to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing talent—cultivating a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring seamless integration of transaction requirements across internal and external stakeholders..
  
  

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

• 12+ years in payments operations, with significant leadership experience managing global cash processing or funds transfer teams.
• Deep expertise across domestic and cross-border payment methods (SWIFT, ACH, RTP, real-time payments, cross-currency settlement).
• Proven track record of delivering AI-first, data-driven transformation programs in a complex, regulated environment.
• Advanced analytical skills; hands-on experience with BI tools, data visualization platforms, and statistical modeling.
• Strategic thinker with strong change management, process optimization, and project delivery capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage senior leaders and drive consensus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strategic leadership role designed for an experienced payments professional with an AI-first mindset and deep data fluency.
