The Role


We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to own high-value customers, drive strategy and GTM processes, and work closely with the founders to scale xPay’s growth. This is an Individual Contributor role and not a management role. You will be speaking to and selling to customers directly.


Eligibility


  • 4–6 years in sales, growth, or strategy
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience preferred
  • Comfortable reading code to deeply understand the product and translate it clearly for customers
  • Balance of execution with long-term planning
