Job Description

We are looking for an automobile spare parts sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive spare parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of various vehicle components. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Interact with customers in-person, over the phone, or via email to understand their spare parts needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable spare parts based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for automobile spare parts.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare and present accurate price quotations to customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of various automobile spare parts, their functions, and compatibility with different vehicle models.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring correct part numbers and quantities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders using CRM software.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, including installation guidance and compatibility checks.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and dealerships.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for new products or services based on customer demand.
  • Coordinate closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience as an Automobile Spare Parts Sales Executive or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, their functions, and compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
