Job Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals for our company. You will serve as a key point of contact between our company and its clients, providing exceptional service and understanding the specific needs of potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships, identifying customer requirements, and presenting suitable solutions. Your capability to communicate effectively, coupled with your knack for closing deals, will contribute to the continued success and growth of our business. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice on products or services and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and deepen relationships for future sales.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with the company’s ethical standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role for at least two years.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
