Our company is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to join our leadership team and propel our store to new heights. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, implementing sales strategies, and managing staff performance. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in retail management positions.
  • Proven track record of overseeing successful sales growth in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial reports and performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation standards.
