Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be an integral part of our property team, responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Active real estate license required for employment in this position.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of local property markets and understanding of economic trends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
